As a Marketing Associate at Taylor Community — a vibrant nonprofit retirement community in New Hampshire — I developed and executed a wide range of content strategies to elevate the organization’s public presence, support resident engagement, and foster meaningful community connection during a critical time.
My work spanned editorial leadership, video production, website content strategy, print advertising, and collateral development. I created all of Taylor’s print advertisements, including featured placements in Yankee Magazine, New Hampshire Magazine, and other regional publications — ensuring the visuals and messaging reflected Taylor’s unique blend of warmth, dignity, and lifestyle appeal.
I served as editor of The Gazette, Taylor’s monthly newspaper with over 1,000 readers, where I curated and wrote feature stories that brought the spirit of the community to life. I also worked closely with the President/CEO to craft sensitive, informative internal communications during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic — including a weekly newsletter and livestreamed Town Hall meetings for residents across the Laconia and Wolfeboro campuses.
I played a lead role in the redesign of the company website — creating updated content, guiding design and photo selections, implementing SEO strategies, and analyzing performance metrics like call volume, time on page, and inquiry conversions to optimize user engagement.
Throughout my tenure, I provided creative direction across all channels — digital, print, and in-person — executing integrated campaigns and brand storytelling that reflected Taylor’s mission to offer a fulfilling, connected retirement lifestyle.
